I love everything wedding and happen to be a bride-to-be this coming summer! As I have spent hours upon hours finding inspiration from other brides I figured I would start putting my ideas together to share with family, friends and perhaps other brides on the hunt for budget friendly wedding inspiration. A little about me - I love pancakes in the morning with peanut butter and syrup; playing with my "fur kids" Bailey May and Kohen Elliot; finding new restaurants with Jonnathan; taking random road trips and singing at the top of my lungs when no one is around! I have always loved the look of old barn windows - something that reminds me of my childhood at my grandparents farm house. I stumbled upon a family selling barn windows over 80 years old! So Jonnathan and I headed up there and picked a couple of them out - they have a ton of character and ranged between $5 and $10, which is a really good deal! I knew there had to be a creative way to use them around our house for decoration and for the wedding. Sure enough - I’m not the only one! I found another bride from a blog who used the barn windows to tell her guests where to sit. Instead, I’m thinking of writing our menu on them: “Nana’s Broccoli Grape Salad”, “Mom’s Famous Apple Pie” etc. and then placing them near the buffet. What do you think?
